Saturday was a free day at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, so of course we were there. It is a really nice museum (that is a plug so people will want to visit us!) There are lots of animal displays and a gold exhibit that Kurt was enthralled with.
Kurt learned all about mule deers and how they hear. Very interesting. Lauren loved all the animal exhibits but Kurt had a limit to how many dead stuff animals he could take. :)
There was also a man who had all these cool dinosaur puppets. Lauren was hesitant to pet something with so many teeth. It was a fun day, but we were pooped by the end. Both Kurt and I aren't used to walking for four hours straight, Lauren, the lucky girl, had a stroller.
